Concept Designs Notice

What is a concept design?

To show a business what we could build for it, we sometimes create a free concept website and send it privately to that business. A concept design is a sample of our work. It is not a live website, it is not published or listed anywhere, and search engines are asked not to index it.

Where does the information come from?

We use publicly available information, such as the business's current website, its public listings (for example on Google) and public records. A concept may show the business's name, logo, photos, text or reviews as they appear publicly, so the business can picture its own new site.

Is a concept affiliated with the business?

No. A concept design is made by StitchWeb.Design LLC. It is not made by, affiliated with or endorsed by the business it shows, unless that business chooses to work with us. Names, logos and other marks shown in a concept belong to their owners.

Who can see it?

Only people who have the private link we sent. We do not use a business's concept in our own advertising, portfolio or examples unless that business becomes our customer and agrees.

What happens if I claim it?

If you like your concept, you can claim it and check out. It then becomes your order under our Terms of Service, and we build your full site from the design you chose.

How do I have a concept removed?

If a concept design was made for your business and you would like it taken down, email hello@stitchweb.design with the link or your business name. We will remove it and stop contacting you. You can also reply STOP to our texts or use the unsubscribe link in our emails.
