This Cookie Policy explains how StitchWeb.Design LLC uses cookies and similar technologies on stitchweb.design.

What are cookies?

Cookies are small files a website saves in your browser. Similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, work in much the same way.

Which cookies do we use?

• Essential cookies. These keep you signed in to your dashboard and keep your session secure. The site cannot work properly without them.
• Payment cookies. Stripe sets these during checkout to process your payment securely and to prevent fraud.
• Visit counting cookie. A first party cookie named sw_sid lets us count how many visitors move through each step of ordering, and how a concept design we sent is used, so we can improve. It holds a random number, not your name or email, is never shared with advertisers, and expires after one year.

What else do we store in your browser?

We save a few small preferences in your browser's local storage, such as whether you collapsed the dashboard sidebar or dismissed a notice. They stay on your device and are not used to track you.

Do we use advertising cookies?

No. We do not use advertising cookies, and we do not allow advertising networks to track you on our site. If that ever changes, we will update this policy and ask for your consent first where the law requires it.

What about the websites we build?

The sites we host for our customers do not set advertising or tracking cookies from us. A customer's shop uses Stripe's checkout, which sets its own payment cookies. If a customer adds their own tools to their site, that business is responsible for telling its visitors.

How can you manage cookies?

Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. If you block essential cookies, parts of the site such as signing in or checkout may not work.
