How long does my website take to build?

Most builds are delivered within 48 hours of choosing your design. Once you approve it, you'll have two rounds of revisions before it's finalized.

When am I actually charged?

A deposit is charged at checkout to get your project started. The remaining balance is only charged once you approve your finished design, never before.

Can I add an online store to my site later?

Yes. Any hosted customer can turn on Shop from their dashboard's Marketing section at any time, no need to have requested it when you first signed up.

How do I update my business hours or contact info?

Head to Site Info in your dashboard. Changes there go live on your site automatically, no need to wait on a revision request.

What happens if I cancel hosting?

You can cancel anytime from your dashboard. If we registered your domain for you, we'll walk you through transferring it to a registrar of your choice.
