Accessibility Statement

Effective October 12, 2026

On this page

In short

  • We want stitchweb.design, and the sites we build, to work for everyone.
  • We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.
  • If you find a barrier, tell us and we will work to fix it.

Our commitment

StitchWeb.Design LLC wants our own website, and the websites we build for our customers, to be usable by as many people as possible, including people who use screen readers, keyboard navigation, magnification or other assistive technology.

What do we do?

  • We aim to follow the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA on stitchweb.design.
  • Sites we build use readable text sizes, clear headings, image descriptions, visible focus states and color contrast checks.
  • We review our pages and templates as we improve them.

What about the sites we build for customers?

Each customer chooses the content, photos, colors and products on their own site, and those choices affect accessibility. We build with accessibility in mind, but we cannot promise that any site meets every standard or law. Customers are responsible for the accessibility of their own sites, for example by adding descriptions to images they upload and choosing readable colors. Ask us and we will help.

Are there known limits?

Some content from third parties, such as payment forms from Stripe, embedded maps and stock photos, may not be fully accessible, and we cannot always control it.

How do I give feedback?

If you find a barrier on our site or on a site we built, email hello@stitchweb.design with the page address and what went wrong. We aim to reply within a few business days.
